How to play

Move: WASD, space to jump, hold shift to run

Open Menu: Esc / use the button in game

Use an ingredient: Mouse

A color wheel on the top right will tell you what the "room color" is. Throw the right ingredient in the mini game to win.

If you have identical color with the room color: your ingredient value gets 2x bonus

If you have adjacent color with the room color: your ingredient value gets 1.5x bonus

If the room color or your ingredient color is black, grey or white: your ingredient value gets 1.6x bonus

The rest of the colors gets no bonus.

Why is it called "Soup Vault"?

In November 2025, Lucien Lunaris held a collaboration project called "Soul Vault", featuring 12 virtual streamers performing together in a program that was similar to singing talent shows. In a time where virtual streamers still had a tendency to compete, this project brought vtubers and fans from different backgrounds together.

Soup Vault is meant to be a salute to Soul Vault, which aims to re-create 12 rooms in the image of the 12 performers. For the jam release, this project is a prototype mostly because these vtubers are not my original design. The full release will be a separated from this jam release, and it will be tagged as a fan project.

Moreover, after the full release of Soup Vault, I wish to release an editable version that is easy to customize, so anyone can create their own vault. For how fleeting a vtuber's career is, this is a dedicated wish... a dream... to preserve the memory of them.
